The Womanizt Collective is focused on fueling the professional passions of young black women starting their career journey. It is a safe space to build and hold each other accountable to overcoming vices and reaching goals.

Every woman involved is committed to the V.A.L. framework which provides them with a guide to taking up more space in professional environments predominantly owned by Men and engrained by white supremacy.
